If you choose to cook something from the book and bring it to the event, you will receive a $10.00 gift certificate for Byrd’s Books, the author not only signs his book but discusses his recipes, then we can all bite into the range of cookies that come from the kitchens in our neighborhoods.

An active supporter of its community, Byrd’s Books will have bakery boxes on hand for $10.00 for attendees to take home their favorites so the funds raised can be donated to DAWS (Danbury Humane Society), Bethel’s local murder-free shelter and long-time beneficiary of the enthusiastic support of Byrd’s Books.
